UBS crank up their EUR/USD forecasts, as high as 1.23

UBS have raised their euro forecasts:
- EUR/USD projected to $1.23 by June 2026 (previous forecast for June '26 was 1.2)
- $1.21 at the end of 2025 (with previous forecast 1.16)
